Occasions Mini, New year and so much more...

Wow I have been AWOL for almost 2 Months and I am very sorry to leave you all hanging... but I will admit it has been a wonderful time. Every weekend in November was filled with Craft shows and sales, and the Month of December was spent with my Family and Friends, But how I have missed you all.

Well 2012 is here and in full swing, I have made no New Year's resolutions just promises to myself to try my best to be better at everything I do. A Better Mom, Wife, Friend, Teacher and Stampin' Up! Demonstrator.

Well It is January and that means we have said good bye to the Holiday Mini catalogue but do not fret as some of these great products have carried over and are still avaliable

New year means Clubs and classes are back in full swing, be sure to check out my events calendar on the right of this page to see the What, when and where!!

• Craft and Stamp Club is back with the same great projects you are used to but we are taking a step back this year at the request of the members and adding one new technique each month.
• Open Studio is Back but only once a month with a bit of a twist...Open Studio is a time when you can come and work on your own projects in my studio and have access to all of my tools including Big Shot, Punches and more, Or you can use this time to come and work of a club or class you may not have been able to attend that Month.
• *New to 2012* Open Crop Days - Are your scrapbooks getting behind? Or are you having trouble just getting started? Then this maybe the answer for you!!
  Every Month we will meet and get some of those scrapbooks done together!!  
• Classes and Stamp-a-Stacks - The First Stamp-a-Stack of the year will be held in February, Birthday Card Stamp-a-Stack Is your Birthday Card stash getting depleted? I know mine is!
  Come and Make 12 Birthday Cards. We will be making 6 designs, 2 of each for a total of 12. (Envelopes included) Feminine, Masculine and children’s. This class will be held on 3 convenient times, Friday Feb 24th @ 6:30pm, Saturday Feb 25th @ 9:30am and Saturday Feb 25th @ 1:30pm. Each class is limited to 8 attendees so do not wait to RSVP

My new card rack!! I love this, one tip that I can give to anyone thinking about doing a craft sale, people do not like to look through baskets and boxes at cards, they will buy what catches their eye!!

Are these items not the cutest!! I have to give a special thank you to my Downline Shelley T, because with out her I would not have gotten all of these done in time without a lot of sleepless nights. I am blessed to have such an amazing downline, all 5 of the girls on my team are wonderful!

I have 4 more Shows over the next few weeks, this Sunday Nov 20th I will be at the Mistletoe and Magic Sale, please come out and say HI!! Remember to support Local Artists and businesses in your area this holiday season!!

Two Halloween Card Share from Stampin' Up!

Well I know I have been MIA again for a few weeks while I was preparing for Stamp the Day Away (I will share picture and stories tomorrow) but I am back and have been crafting for posting all day yesterday and today.

Did you know that Fall starts this Friday! I know were did summer go? But I will be honest Fall is my favorite time of year. The colours of the leaves changing, even though they have already started, Thanksgiving, Apple picking and of course Halloween. With the launch of the new Stampin' Up! 2011-12 Idea book and catalogue last month I have received a few requests for some product shares... well here is my first... of many I hope:
 Stampin' Up!s In Colours, with this new catalogue there are 2 different styles of ribbon for the In Colours, 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon new to this year and avaliable until 2013 and 1/2" Stiched-Poly Ribbon Love Stampin' Up! ribbon but don't need an entire roll? Join my ribbon share! Ten people are needed for each share.

INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN THE SHARE:

Ribbon share only available to Canadian addresses.

• Email me at karen@karenscardsnstamps.com with your interest in this share  
• Include your name, address and phone #,  and YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS (if you are not local), 
• I only accept cash and Cheque for Local orders and PAYPAL ONLY for out of town orders 
• I will confirm with you when I have a group of 10 people to share this ribbon, I will email you a invoice (paypal if you are not local), then I will order it from Stampin' Up! and divide and package it and Contact you for pick up or mail the share back out to you.  
• Please note this could take a week to 10 days for this process for local pickups, if you are having this shipped to you in Canada please add $3 to your total as well additional shipping time to you. 

This Share will run until Mid September, I will run multiple groups each with 10 people. You will not be invoiced until your group has 10 people/orders.
